Rose joined the Network in December 2015. She has previously worked in NHS management in Sexual Heath with many years of experience in leadership and innovative service development. She took the lead on safeguarding vulnerable adults and young people and patient engagement.

Chris Hill
Lead Nurse for the Network
Chris has worked in Critical Care for 20 years in a variety of units. Much of his experience is in Critical Care education, both teaching in practice and running HEI based critical care courses. He has also worked as a matron at the Royal Free Hospital. He is extremely enthusiastic about the potential that critical care networks have for improving patient care.

Banwari Agarwal
Clinical lead for the network
Banwari joined the Network in December 2014 as the medical lead for the North East North Central London Operation Delivery Network (NENCL ODN), which is one of three ODNs in London. He had been working with the NHS England since the beginning of 2014, developed the successful bid for the Royal Free London NHS Trust to act as the host organisation for the NENC ODN, identified the immediate and long term priorities for the network. He is a consultant in critical care medicine at the Royal Free Hospital since 2003 and has many years of experience in the clinical, managerial, education and research aspects of critical care practice.
